Basic parameters of the project

This water treatment system can effectively get rid of mud,organic,iron,manganese and oxide. Removesuspended substance, colloid, microorganism and heavy metal ion in the water. The system also reduces hardness of water to make all water quality specification fully meet the national drinking water standard.

 

Raw is the first step to start the production and need to reserve enough water in a tank. This water source line also can be connected directly for a Deep tubewell.

  • This unit is made up from three parts:
  • Pre-treatment parts: sand filter, active carbon filter, sodium-ion filter and valves.
  • Fine filter, RO unit, high pressure pump,
  • RO membrane, valve, flow meter and so on.

The principle of operation

Sand filter

 

Raw water go to sand tank through A valve, removing sand, impurity, suspended solids and reducing SDI value (a little floating dust, Algae and colloid) purification to provide safe water.

 

Active carbon filter

Mainly remove organic matter, colloid silicon, Microorganism, CL2, chromo, smell and some heavy metal ion. The filtering material is active carbon kernel. It has double function, adsorption and filtering. Active carbon filter has wide using area, good function, reliable operation, convenient management.

Ion exchange

Ion exchange is the normal and best using system in the professional water treatment. It is used to reduce the hardness, alkalinity and cat anionic of water, make it soft water and de-ionized water. The system is working again and in regeneration, the direction through exchanging layer for liquid is opposite. According to the water treatment demand, it can use strong or weak cat anionic exchange resin and macro porous adsorbing resin to be organic matter cleaner. Cat ion exchange column, the resin will be about 2/3 of the column height.

 

The function of the Cat ion exchange column: it use the Cat ion exchange resin to clean the cat ion in the water(Ca+ +、Mg+ +、Na +、K+).When the water come through the regeneration Cat ion exchange resin, the H+ of Cat ion exchange gene exchange with all the cat ion in the water.

 

  • Fine filter and filter element

Fine filter is the last filter before the membrane. it can remove the matter >5μm and stop the filter material to protect the RO membrane.

RO filter system

The aperture deviation of membrane is 10-6cm-10-7cm and it can remove organic matter (colloid, suspended solids, Microorganism, bacteria, alga, enzymes),heat source, Virus and so on. The water come through the pre-treatment, then go through RO membrane system to make the water safe. The rate of desalination can reach 98% and the treated water comes into the pure water storage tank.

  • Maintain, wash, Reincarnation

 

There will be some dirt after using and it will affect the water product. So it should maintain, wash and do Reincarnation to ensure the water quality.

 

  • Sand filter back wash

Raw water come into back wash valve a, then go to the bottom of tank, then come out from back wash valve b to clean the dirt. The washes normally do one time every 24 hours and last 10 minutes.

 

  • Active carbon batch wash

Raw water come into back wash valve c, then go to the bottom of tank, then come out from back wash valve d to clean the dirt. The washes normally do one time every 24 hours and last 10 minutes.

 

  • Resin tank back wash

Raw water come into back wash valve e, then go to the bottom of tank, then come out from back wash valve f to clean the dirt. The wash normally do one time every 24 hours and last 10 minutes.

 

  • Wash time

During the working, the colloid, Microorganism and giant molecule organic matter will be left in the membrane pipe. And these will cause the reduce of water and water quality.

 

So if have this problem, the machine needs chemical cleaning to remove the pollutant and to recover the membrane function standard production reduce above 15% standard membrane pressure difference reach 0.15MPa, after Continuous using 2-3 months

 

  • RO membrane wash

It needs special cleaning system: cleaning medicine and dosing pump. Wash RO membrane steps: Use the clean water into the cleaning box to match the cleaning liquid. Open the cleaning valve and clean return valve and measuring pump. let the liquid into the membrane and do it recurrently for 1-2 hours.After the wash, let out the cleaning box and do cleaning. then put clean water.Use the raw water pump to let clean water into pressure tank.After back wash, open the outlet for 15-30 minutes until the output water is clean.

  • Attentions

According to the hardness of the water and demand of the water quality, it should do suitable cleaning period. It should ensure there will be more than 10cm water cushion coat in the top of resin anytime and also can not let water up. The raw water pressure should be controlled between 0.2~0.3Mpa.The turbidity should be less than 5 MG/L.

 

After every regeneration it should back wash the tank one time to clean the salt residua. Then it will protect the regeneration normal using.

 

Resin should be changed after 3-6 month. The resin is easy to be improved and reduce the exchange force. at this time the resin should be cleaning. The way is that take out the resin from tank, then put it in other vessel. The workers wash and clean the rein by water, until the water is clean, then put it back to the tank. this way is artificial aging regeneration.

Bottle Filling and Packing machinery system

 Air Conveyor System

Air conveyor is supported with horses on the ground, with air fan installed above the conveyor. Air filter is installed in the door of every fan, to avoid dust blown into bottles. Bottles are retained by neck supporting carrier plate in the conveyor, and transported into filling mono-block.

Main features:

  • All are made of stainless steel SUS304, except some parts as plastic and nylon made horses and supporting carrier plate.
  • Air filter is installed in the door of every fan, to avoid dust blown into bottles.
  • Bottle in feed port is equipped with bottle-block elimination device driven by hydraulic cylinder, which will remove blocked bottles automatically to prevent damage of unscramble.
  • Bottle in feed end is equipped with two sets of photocell switches, when bottles are arranged to the first set of switches, un-scrambler run from high speed to moderate speed; when bottles are arranged to the second set of switches, un-scrambler stops. When bottles leave away from second set of switches, un-scrambler starts and keeps running at moderate speed; when bottles leave away from first set of switches, un-scrambler speed to the designed from moderate and keeps running at moderate speed.

The machine is combined with rinsing, filling and capping, which special designed for PET bottled distill water. It is stable characteristic, advanced technology, nice appearance and complete function with full automation.

Technical structural feature, Rinsing part,

  • It is rotary type, mainly sued for rinsing or washing new bottles and send the bottles to the filling machine.
  • PET bottle enters the machine by bottle distribute wheel start, and turned with neck down byclip and turn mechanism, after sterile water rinsing and drying, automatic turn with neck up, and send to filling machine by bottle-outlet wheel start. The main structure with rinsing water and outer shield are all stainless steel material; open type gear drive.
  • Renew stainless steel clip, simple structure, convenient adjustment; small area touch with bottle neck, avoid the secondary pollution for the bottle neck efficiently.
  • Bottle rinsing machine inlet pipe equipped with pressure gauge.

Technical structural feature, Filling part

  • We introduce into German technology for the filling machine, and design & manufacture by ourselves with isobar filling principle.
  • Filling valve adopts constant pressure mechanism valve, filling fast and high accuracy of filling liquid level. It is adopted double guide rod structure.
  • The main drive adopts gear drive, with high efficiency, low noise, long life, easy maintenance, sufficient lubrication, grease can lubricate centralizing automatically, adopts transducer to the speed of main motor to control, the machine adopts step-less frequency conversion timing. The material for the whole platform and frame is carbon steel with stainless steel outside.
  • The machine is automatically controlled by PLC, fault on line display, like bottle block, shortage of cap etc.

Technical structural feature, Capping part

The capping rotates through reduction box drive rotational wheel, which make the cap leave the hopper with the function of centrifugal force. There is a separation device for right cap and reverse cap at the entrance, when the reverse cap passes, the cap automatically fall into and return to pipeline, and blow the reverse cap automatically to hopper through wind power. Only right cap could enter into skids smoothly, the volume of cap inside of hopper will be automatic inspected by electric switch to control cap conveyor, and that ensures best effect of cap down. When the right cap enters into the slide way, it could smoothly enter into cap feed plate, to prevent accidents, there is an anti-reverse cap drive plate device to match with slide way, to ensure that the access to the cap feed plate is correct. The slide way is also equipped with a pair of photoelectric switch, when testing no cap, then an immediate halt to the host. In order to effectively remove non-anti-theft ring bad caps and cleanup additional caps in hopper, there is an active exit in front of the hopper exit can meet this function.

Application

The Sleeve System is a fully automatic shrink sleeve labeling system for applying and shrinking full body sleeve labels or tamper evident bands on a variety of round, square, rectangular & oval container types and shapes with and without contours. Each Sleeve System includes a sleeve applicator, one or two shrink tunnel modules, (depending on the application), a steam generator and a stainless steel conveyor for transporting containers through the system. The Sleeve System is offered and sold as an integrated system in order to ensure successful applications for our customers.

Shrink sleeve labels are supplied from a roll in the form of a continuous web, unlabeled containers are transported via an in feed conveyor and then metered via a rotating pneumatic screw. As the containers enter the labeler, the labels in web form are opened and formed into a tube by a mandrel, fed in precise registration with a printed graphic, cut in precise registration, applied to a container which is then transported via conveyor to a steam tunnel where controlled steam heat from steam generator shrinks the sleeve tightly onto the container in an enclosed steam tunnel and conform to the container. Containers then exit the shrink tunnel via a discharge conveyor.

Shrink tunnel

Filled Bottle Conveyor System

Main features:

Stable conveying, using synchronous chasing control between the conveying belt and engine, making bottles in good condition in the conveying: non-falling, non-block, non-jam. And the cushion platform can be set before labeling machine, when the label is changed, the filling machine can keep working, no need to stop and waiting. The filled product during this period will be stored by the cushion, when label changing is finished, labeling machine will label the stored product in a high speed, and producing speed recovered.
